Pepperoni and cheese platter:  pepperoni and a variety of cheeses with an assortment of crackers

Vegetable platter:  broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, celery, cucumbers, peppers, tomatoes with your choice of dip:  vegetable, ranch, or blue cheese

Crab ball:  crab meat blended with cream cheese and shaped into a mound covered with cocktail sauce, accompanied with an assortment of crackers

Taco dip platter:  a Mexican blend dip served on a platter accompanied with tortilla chips

Hoagie dip platter:  blend of Italian style meats and cheeses (or turkey and cheese) with onions, lettuce, and tomato in a light mayo dressing accompanied with Italian bread

Spinach dip:  bakery fresh pumpernickel bread hollowed and filled with a savory spinach dip accompanied with chunks of the pumpernickel and rye bread

Fresh fruit platter:  canteloupe, honeydew, watermelon,  grapes, strawberries, and other tropical fruits (in season)

Home-baked cookies and brownies on a platter

Fancy pastry platter:  cream puffs, eclairs, puff pastries, mini cheesecakes

Each additional selection is an extra $1.75 per person
